Key Responsibilities:
1. Childcare:
• Provide full-time care for the children, ensuring their physical and emotional
well-being.
• Manage daily routines, including meal preparation, feeding, bathing, dressing,
and bedtime.
• Oversee the children’s safety and hygiene.
2. Educational Development:
• Plan and implement educational and developmental activities tailored to the
children’s ages and needs.
• Assist with homework and encourage a positive attitude towards learning.
• Teach basic manners, etiquette, and life skills.
3. Household Coordination (as related to the children):
• Organize the children’s schedules, including school, extracurricular activities,
and playdates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the children’s bedrooms, play areas,
and belongings.
• Collaborate with household staff (if applicable).
4. Travel and Flexibility:
• Accompany the family on domestic and international trips, providing support
during travel.
5. Communication with Parents:
• Provide regular updates on the children’s progress, challenges, and
achievements.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with the parents or guardians.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a nanny or governess, ideally with references.
• Formal childcare or teaching qualifications (e.g., Early Childhood Education, or
equivalent).
• Native or fluent in English
• Knowledge of child psychology and developmental milestones is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different cultural and family environments.
