Job Description

One of Namal’s companies (DOOM) is food recycling company is looking for an Operations
Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bread collection, processing, and
distribution activities. Job location is based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce
costs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they
perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure that products are manufactured and
delivered on time.
• Manage multiple departments, providing guidance and support to ensure that they
perform their duties effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as other relevant laws
and regulations.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Prepare operational reports and make recommendations to senior management.
• Manage the company's budget and ensure that financial targets are met.


Candidate Requirements

Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
with customers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
