We are a French training company specializing in hospitality. We’re seeking a dynamic Hospitality Trainer for temporary missions, with each assignment lasting up to one month. In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of our clients, create engaging materials, conduct workshops, and assess program effectiveness to ensure exceptional service and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a hospitality trainer or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service, and industry standards.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver content effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
- Certification in training or professional development is a plus.
