* Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and
procedures
* Coaching and developing employees(cleaners)
* Scheduling and assigning specific duti to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
* Inspection of cleaning apartment on daily basis
* Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
* Proven past experience in house keeping.
* Work experience as a House Keeping Supervisor or similar role
* Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for hotels and luxury apartments
* Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
* Excellent organizational and team management skill
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evening and weekends
