Job Description

Keeping track of Employee's residencies 
Prepare the documents for employee's transfers and renewals for online
Keep track of Company's licenses (Trade, Fire, Muncipality) expiry date
Renew and issue new company trade license
Follow up on Trade agencies and Trade Marks. Register new agencies and trade marks
Organize the work of the GROs
Issue Sales Licenses
Organize the Admin Section
Handle Employee Relations
Issue warnings and Diciplinary letters
Maintain a clean MOASAL Salary certificate by managing the residencies in and out
Track Employee's atendance
