The Human Resource and Administration Officer ensures all HR operations and Administration priorities are running smoothly. responsibilities include, from HR side: processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process; from Administration side: ensure day to day transaction are recorded, facility management handled and general expenses controlled.
HR
-Organise, maintain, and record physical and digital employees’ information
-Keep a track record of new arrival, leaves (sick, maternity…) and departure (end of service benefits)
-Update company policies and FAQ doents
-Respond to employees’ questions about benefits and policies
-Support for insurance vendors and tracking for employees
-Ensure compliance to UAE labour law in all processes
-Create and publish job ads
-Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed
-Supervise new employee onboarding, prepare offer doentation, and conduct orientation sessions
-Support in the development of training material
-Preparing Salary Transfer letter & Salary Certificate on Employee request
-Prepare monthly reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
Administration
-Consolidate and report daily Invoicing & Customs transactions
-Petty cash handling
-General expense controls
-Assist with the payroll process
-Facility Management coordination
-Prepare monthly reporting and presentations on Admin.-related metrics
Skills
-Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
-Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
-Expertise in MS Office and using spreadheads
-Basic knowledge of labor legislation and laws
-Excellent organizational skills and capacity to prioritize
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field is a plus
-Problem-solving skills
-Adaptable to new environment and quick to action
-Ideally 2-3 years experience
-English mandatory; Arabic speaker would be a plus
-Driving license required
