• Assist the HR Group Head and perform tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s Human Resource Department.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts & visa processing in accordance with DMCC guidelines and UAE Laws
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refer more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR Management.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Performs periodic review of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Complete terminati paperwork and organize exit interviews.
• Editing and updating the necessary data in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll.
• Maintaining leave record of all colleagues.
• Preparation and constant upgrading of organization chart.
• Ensuring all administrative information available to the staff (posting memos etc.)
• Preparing Monthly Activity Report for each month
• Ensuring timely planning of leaves of all employees in coordination with their Line Manager.
• Assisting HR Management for the process of yearly individual review of the employees.
• Additional HR tasks delegated by the HR Management
