Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with similar work experience required
2+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
2+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
2+ years of experience in a similar role

Telephone and listening skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
The ability to work well under pressure.
A trustworthy nature as you may be handling sensitive information.
Microsoft Office skills.
Extremely well-organized with terrific time management skills.
The ability to multitask effectively.
