• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database.
• Maintain digital employee records on shared drives
• Maintain employee records by filing employee documents (joining forms, disciplinary letters, approval notes, etc.) into employee files.
• Perform employee records update in HRMS like transfers, leaves, assignment changes, etc.
• Knowledge in Visa processing.
• Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law
• Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage
• Manage employee off boarding – visa cancellation, EOSB payments, experience letters, etc.
• Process employee requests – bank letters, NOC’s, ID card printing, etc.
• Proven experience as an HR or Admin Assistant.
• Excellent working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent in oral and written English.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Preferable with UAE experience
