Let me introduce myself as Mohammed Shihab. Being a bilingual candidate, holding a master degree in HRM and Finance, I do posses the excellent experience in the field of HR and admin field for a period of 8 years.
• Manpower planning, recruitment, employee relation, emigration, PAM and other Ministries website, translation, payroll etc.
• Well known in using the HR software (Oracle HRMS).
• Expert in dealing the PAM website (خدمة اسهل) regarding the employees renewal, transfer, cancellation, new work permits and visas, Kuwaitization, slots increase ect and the websites of all authorities like MOI, KCCI, MOCI, MOF, Social Security etc to deal the transactions related to Commercial license renewal, amendment, company establishment, legal documents renewal and all the documentation related.
• Preparing letter and application in Arabic.
• Translation: Translating the documents form Arabic to English and English and vice versa as per requirement.
- Holding a valid Kuwait Driving License.
