1.Act as first point of contact for all employee related issues including, but not limited to: harassment, wage & hour concerns, leaves of absence, injuries, onboarding, terminations, attendance, investigations and disciplinary actions.
2.Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
3.Strong working knowledge of technology-based solutions including MS Office, Power BI and other reporting tools.
4.Follow the defined SOP.
5.Responsible to Ensure all HR operations, procedures, and policies are efficient and in compliance with legislation and best practices.
6.Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
7.Ability to maintain good relationships with staff as well as discipline accordingly.
8.Dynamic and technology driven with the ability to understand future trend requirements.
1.A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources.
2. Aviation, IATA Certified Courses with relevant work experience may be a substitute.
3.Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Preferred Language English, Hindi & South Indian Languages
