A leading Insurance brokers in Dubai is seeking a passionate HR Executive to play a pivotal role in our growing team. As an HR Executive, you'll be responsible for driving employee satisfaction, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting and hiring top talent.
•Onboarding: Oversee a smooth and positive onboarding process for new hires.
•Employee Development: Implement performance management systems, conduct reviews, and foster employee development.
•HR Administration: Manage payroll, attendance, leave management, HR policies and procedures, and telephone and computer allotments.
•Employee Engagement: Celebrate birthdays and festivals, organize outdoor events, and address grievances promptly.
•Strategic Planning: Contribute to manpower planning and support company initiatives to improve staff quality and foster a positive work culture.
•Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
•Benefits Administration: Ensure compliance and employee satisfaction with benefits programs.
•HR Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
•Professional Development: Support employee advancement through qualification initiatives.
Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE in a similar role.
•Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Management Information Systems (preferred).
•A genuine passion for employee well-being and professional development.
•Dependent visa holder.
