Will be responsible for developing HR strategies and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall objectives. The ideal candidate must be an Indian national.
Job Description:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and comply with employment laws and regulations.Manage the entire payroll process for employees, including calculating salaries, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and making job offers.Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other HR service providers.Maintain HR records and ensure that employee information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
