Responsibilities
· Lead HR team to provide the full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll updates on the Labor office, compensation and benefits-related matters, recruitment, training and development.
· Update new employees GOSI, handle Muqeem, Prepare & responsible for renewal of all the employees Muddad & Qwia Contract.
. coordination with finance for employees Iqama renewal.
· Handle recruitment interviews and HR issues
· Develop and enhance HR-related policies and procedures and update it time to time.
· Coordinate with Labor office & GOSI office in case their is any Issues.
· Preparing letter's HR related letter for employees & Ministry when needed, and daily HR activity.
Qualifications
· Bachelor of human resources. At least 4 years of solid experience gained from a Manpower Supply Company.
· Well-versed with Saudi Arabia Employment Ordinances (labour law)
· Be flexible and adaptable to different management styles and work culture
· Good problem-solving and organization skills
· Good command of both spoken and written English
· The Candidate must be a local Saudi Arabian can be considered
