Job Description
Maintain staff files and related recruitment tracking tools and statistics. Support & monitor variety of human resources activities i.e. appointments, staff movements, resignations, retirement, re-assignment, transfer and other mobility of staff to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Strong knowledge of UAE MOHRE rules and regulations regarding employment and work environment.
-2-year experience in UAE HR division
Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office or HR related software.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Clear and concise communicator with strong writing and speaking skills.
