The IDP Framework Consultant will be responsible for creating an
effective and comprehensive IDP framework for the nationals in the
government sector. The consultant will work closely with the Talent
management and NHR development Director and other stakeholders to
develop a framework that aligns with the HR law and organization's goals
and objectives.
- The candidate should be a bilingual speaker of Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in designing and implementing IDP
frameworks.
- Experience working with the government sector or similar contexts.
- Knowledge of best practices and standards related to employee
development and career management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders.
