Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
 Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the c sales Targets.
 Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and reporting Director – Operations, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
 Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
 Work collaboratively across teams.
 Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
 Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
 Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
 Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner.
 Effectively deliver required , sales targets by closing transactions on a daily basis
 Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
 Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports.
 Other duties may be assigned


Candidate Requirements

Telesales job requires fluency in required languages like English, Hindi and should have a good grip on computers. A telesales job is usually at call centers as marketing agents or customer care agents. Tele calling is an economic and effective method used as a means of distributing information and selling their products and services to their new and old customers. In order to become a successful telesales or to work in an efficient way, follow some of the tips that are given below.
Purpose of call – should have a clear idea before making the call to a person or any organization.
Persistent in work – the more persistent the more successful you will be at work.
.Permission to speak – after the introduction process, must ask the person whether they are willing to spare some of their time to talk to us.
Set up an appointment – if the person is busy, and then ask for the right time to call him.
.Preparation of questions – to gather maximum information from the person, you must prepare a list of questions in priority order.
Control talking speed – should speak very fast because the customer cannot fully understand.
Closing the call – should finish the call with a thanking note for sparing time.
Telesales roles and responsibilities include providing service to their customers or solve their queries either by making a call or attending one. Telesales job profile should have an energetic & outgoing attitude, excellent listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
