Job Role:
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets - Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
* High school diplo.
* Previous experience in an indoor sales or a related sales position preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong listening and sales skills.
* Ability to achieve targets.
