Role:
Client Coordination: Communicate with clients for installation logistics after the main agreements are set, ensuring everything goes smoothly.
Lead Installer: Take the lead on frame installations, similar to TV wall mount setups, with support from the installation team.
Inventory & Equipment: Manage storage, test frames, and maintain equipment.
Team Coordination: Work closely with delivery and installation teams, making sure timelines and details are followed.
Site Visits & Setups: Visit client locations to prepare installations, inspect areas, and assist with moving and setting up frames.
Material Sourcing: Purchase necessary materials for installations as needed.
Technical Support: Handle basic electrical tasks if required, and provide on-site assistance for any app-related or physical issues.
Safety: Ensure all equipment is handled, stored, and transported safely.
Requirements:
Clear Communication: Good English, professional and polite.
Installation Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical work preferred, hands-on experience with wall mounts or similar setups.
Physical Ability: Able to lift and position frames during setups.
