IT Assistant
Minimum Requirements
Basic knowledge server, active directory and networking
Eager to learn new technologies
IT / Networking Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
· Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
· Supporting Track and Trace project
· Support end-users through phone, remotely and directly
· Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
· Cabling and Patching cables if needed.
· Document internal procedures
· Assist with on boarding of new users
· Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
· Ensure each workstation has updated versions of applications, Antivirus etc
· Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
