Job Description:
• Computing devices: Desktop, laptops, Mac books, Tablets (covering different OS such as windows, Apple Mac OS, Android, etc…)
• Accessories like Monitors, Mouse, Keyboards
• Peripheral devices: Printer, scanners, projectors
• Communication: IP phones • Smartphones
• Audio, Video, and meeting room equipment’s
• Client business-specific Devices (such as Kiosks, Workstation On Wheels (WOW), Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI), Queueing systems)
• provide technical diagnosis and Resolution to the issue reported;
• where an issue cannot be resolved by the Supplier, then Supplier will seek Third Level Support for resolution or replacement under the Customer Third-Party Vendor warranty a support and maintenance agreements;
• use commercially reasonable efforts to provide workplace support for the out-of-warranty User Devices.
