Our client Osia Hypermarket LLC is one of the newest hypermarket chain in UAE.
They have 50+ stores across the globe.
For their upcoming stores in Dubai, we are looking for an experience IT support engineer with Retail Background.
Your Key responsibility areas will be
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
2. Help our customers install our app and troubleshooting.
3. Follow a set weekly schedule of site visits to repair,
4. Collect and deliver faulty devices to and from sites.
5. Ensure all support tickets are logged, updated and resolved within the IT Service Management System.
6. Work closely with the Retail support team to identify and assist in resolution of faults on the devices
7. Ensure all 3rd party support tickets and administration are completed for repa and asset tracking.
8. Undertake any other activity that is commensurate with the role, as requested by IT management
9. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
10. Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity
a. 3 years experience in managing IT infra in Retail Industry.
b. Sound Knowledge of all components of IT Infra like Desktop, Laptop, LAN, WAN, VPN etc.
c. Prior experience with Mycom System will be added advantage.
