•Hardware Service Maintenance-Prefer working with well known brands before (HP,EPSON,CANON).
•Monitor network performance and maintain network security
•Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
•Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by users
•Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings
•Ensure the availability of network resources and services
•Install and configure network hardware, such as routers and switches, Firewalls, CCTVs Biometric Machines
•Monitor system performance and security logs
•Train users on new hardware and software
•Research and recommend new IT technologies and solutions
•Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
•1-3 years of experience working in IT support according to ITIL approach.
•.Provide day-today IT support to our users and customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
•Ensure service type, timing, and quality levels are in line with agreed SLAs.
•Support & Maintain Domain controller, DHCP, and DNS servers is a plus.
•Support & Maintain office 365 users.
•Be Aware of network devices (Switches, Routers), cables, access points, and VPN.
•Be Aware of Veeam backup system, VMWare is a prefer.
•Deal with IT supplie to purcha software licenses, hardware, and equipment.
•Keep an inventory update of all equipment, software, and license users.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
•At least 3 years of experience working in IT
•Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
•Knowledge of network protocols, such as T, DNS, and DHCP
•Experience with network hardware, such as routers and switches, firewalls
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
•Able to work independently and as part of a team.
