We are an authentic family-owned Palestinian cuisine cloud kitchen newly established in Dubai. Our kitchen specializes in traditional Palestinian dishes made with genuine ingredients sourced directly from Palestine. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor / Operations Manager to join our team and lead our delivery-only cloud kitchen operations. This is a comprehensive management role with significant growth potential as our business expands. The ideal candidate will have strong operational skills, experience in kitchen management, supplier relations, and delivery platform coordination, along with a passion for Middle Eastern cuisine. This expanded role is crucial in ensuring both operational excellence and business development, serving as the key operational leader for our cloud kitchen.
Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations & Quality Control
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and production workflow
• Implement standardized recipes and procedures developed by our consulting chef
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain quality standards
• Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with
Dubai regulations
• Conduct daily quality check-ups on all prepared dishes before delivery

Staff Management & Development
• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff including senior chef de partie, chefs de partie, and pastry chef
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Foster a positive kitchen culture that encourages skill development and teamwork
• Identify and develop talent for growth opportunities within the organization
Supplier Management
• Build and maintain relationships with all suppliers, especially those providing ingredients from Palestine
• Negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing and quality
• Conduct regular quality assessments of supplied ingredients
• Manage inventory and stock control systems
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
• Source new suppliers as menu and business needs evolve
Delivery Platform & Brand Development
• Coordinate between kitchen operations and multiple delivery platforms • Monitor delivery platform performance and optimize listings
• Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies
• Provide input on menu presentation and packaging improvements
• Collaborate with the Remote Operations Director on marketing initiatives • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings
Organizational & Business Development
• Implement cost control measures and minimize waste
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper functioning
• Assist in business improvement initiatives and growth strategies
• Develop and maintain operational doentation and procedures • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and business growth • Participate in strategic planning for business expansion

Qualifications
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in kitchen supervision or operations management
• Strong operational and leadership skills with focus on consistency and quality control
• Experience with supplier management and negotiation
• Knowledge of delivery platform operations and optimization
• Experience with Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Palestinian or Levantine food traditions is a plus
• Proven ability to implement and maintain standardized recipes and procedures
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills highly valued
• Experience with cloud kitchen or food delivery operations preferred
• Culinary education or relevant certification is advantageous
