* Conducting comprehensive legal research on various matters and providing accurate and organised findings.
* Analysing and interpreting laws, regulations, and legal doents.
* Drafting legal doents., including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
* Assisting with case preparation, including gathering evidence and organising doentation as well as CASE MANAGEMENT.
* Attending court proceedings, hearings, and meetings with clients.
* Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal cases.
* Keeping abreast of changes in UAE laws and regulations.
* Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience working in the legal field in the UAE with reputable law firms.
* Very fluent and proficiency in English, both written, comprehension while reading, and spoken.
* Strong research and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of UAE court procedures and legal practices of Abu Dhabi , Sharjah and Dubai
