JOB SCOPE:
Prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Strong set of skills that ensure teamwork and organization in the kitchen.
• Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work as part of the team.
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 30 pounds at a time.
• High school education or diploma in culinary is required. Basic computer skills and familiar with inventory systems.
• One to five years of minimum previous experience required in a high volume kitchen
