- In coordination with designated sales, get the required freight rates from the operations and quote to the customers.
- Ensure that customer quotes are valid at all times and the same are communicated to the respective team within the organization.
- Assist Sales team by providing feedback on specific customers, communicating regularly for improvement areas with Sales team in order to plan and develop not only the existing clients but also the potential ones.
- Building up a relationship with key customers both existing and potential.
- Coordinating with overseas offices on specific business or customer requirements
- Coordinating directly with operations to verify all shipments are arranged and load in time.
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of all relevant report.
-Providing all invoices for the customers
-At least 2 years experience under Customer service
-Analytical Skills
-Communication and Interpersonal Skills
-Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel sheet
