· Perform all Maintenance and Repairs for all disciplines (Civil & MEP).
· Perform daily inspections of assigned locations and scopes.
· Create and maintain Preventive Maintenance Schedule to perform regular checkups so as to avoid breakdown and damages.
. Conduct periodic preventative maintenance inspections.
. Resolve tenant issues professionally for the required quality; and complete tasks on time.
. Respond to daily service calls requested from tenants; to immediately correct problems or reported for further action.
. Participate in calls and respond to after-hours problems and emergencies, and to return to duty within a specific recall time.
· Maintain building facilities and grounds; perform maintenance on building equipment; perform custodial duties; operated tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance.
· Monitor and oversee all aspects of the physical maintenance of the property.
. Handle multiple tasks and interact and communicate effectively with both residents and staff.
· Train staff members on professional maintenance and repair Methodology.
. Conduct quality inspections.
. Communicate daily progress correspondence to higher management
