Maintenance Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development and implementation of strategies to meet client requirements and maintain a dynamic and committed continuous improvement approach.
• Be responsible for the cost-effective rostering of site supervisors and the direct labour reporting to the site supervisors.
• Ensure an accurate stock-take is undertaken on a quarterly basis along with management and maintenance of all equipment.
• Plan work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate services are rendered to all areas.
• Orientate, train, develop, and supervise of all supervisory staff under span of control.
• Regularly inspect and evaluate physical condition of equipment’s and facilities; recommend repairs, additions and disposals... etc.
• Provide monthly administrative progress reports relative to short term accomplishments, future short-term plans and staff educati.
• Report unsafe conditions and conduct research to improve service quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate with members of other departments to coordinate operational activities.
• Maintain and support Operational goals and objectives.
• Coordinate all outside services relative to the operation department (i.e., pest control, cleaning, medical waste, trash removal... etc.)
Requirements Experience: 4-5 years in landscape maintenance company. Candidates Must have Experience work related DM. Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree (Min.) in Horticulture, Landscape Contracting, Construction Management, Candidates can Demonstrated knowledge of all aspect of operating the day-to-day operation of landscape maintenance. Working knowledge of trees, shrubs, annual plantings, plus a vast knowledge of installing and repairing automatic irrigation systems.
