Key Responsibilities:
• Support the marketing team in executing day-to-day tasks, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts by posting content, responding to messages, comments, and maintaining engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to help plan and organize social media calendars.
• Draft basic content such as captions, product descriptions, and promotional messages.
• Answer customer queries through social media, WhatsApp, and incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
• Assist in e-commerce operations including updating product information, checking stock details, and coordinating with the online sales team.
• Help in organizing local marketing campaigns, offers, or events by coordinating logistics and internal communication.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and assist in gathering insights or market feedback.
• Maintain organized records of customer queries, feedback, and marketing materials.
• Be flexible and ready to support any marketing, branding, or communication-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media handling, or general marketing support.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Good communication skills – verbal and written (English fluency required).
• Familiarity with basic marketing principles, content creation, and customer service.
• Ability to multitask, work with deadlines, and adapt to day-to-day operational needs.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the marketing team.

Salary & Benefits:
• Total salary package includes: Basic salary, incentives, accommodation allowance, transportation allowance, and other benefits. As the company provides accommodation and transportation (if required), the final net salary structure, excluding the value of these benefits, will be as follows:
o QR 1500 – 2000 (based on the interview) Includes basic salary, food allowance, and incentives.
o Accommodation provided.
o Transportation provided if the workplace & accommodation are not within a reasonable distance.

Additional Benefits:
• Visa: Provided free of charge by the company.
• Air Ticket: One two-way economy-class air ticket (Doha to the nearest international airport based on the registered home address in the passport) every 24 months of service.
• Lea working days of paid leave upon completing two years of continuous service.
• Health Insurance: Government health card for access to government health centers and hospitals.
• Gratuity: 21 days’ salary for every completed year of service, based on the final basic salary (applicable after one year of employment).

• Any misuse or disclosure of confidential company information will be treated as a serious violation with legal consequences.
• Probation Period: 3 months from the date of joining.
