Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new Customers to pursue
Manage members of the business development team
Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
Monitor industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities
Lead negotiation with potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Manage back office
At least 2 years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
