Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, leading the marketing team, and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to advertise the company’s real estate services.Manage and optimize all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and advertisements, to attract potential clients.Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.Planned and carried out digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights.Stay updated with market trends and competitors to enhance marketing strategies.Collaborate closely with the listing and sales teams to match marketing initiatives with corporate objectives.
Requirements:Demonstrated expertise in marketing real estate or a similar sector.Excellent understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media management.Strong leadership abilities and prior experience overseeing a marketing team.Inventiveness in advertising campaigns, promotional tactics, and content production.Excellent analytical abilities to monitor results and improve campaigns.Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
