JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for translating advertising campaigns into Vietnamese to effectively connect with the local target market. Since the Marketing Department is led by a Mandarin Speaker, the role also involves collaborating to align strategies and ensuring seamless translation. This position includes identifying advertising needs and preferences and managing all stages of advertising campaigns to maximize our impact in Vietnam.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Support the Line Manager in identifying and securing advertisement spaces.
•Assess advertising needs and preferences to align with campaign objectives.
•Manage all stages of advertising campaigns, including industry research, product development, campaign launches, demonstrations, and promotional events.
•Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
•Conduct research on client business activities to tailor advertising campaigns effectively.
•Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the growth of business activities.
•Build and maintain strong professional networks and partnerships to foster collaboration and opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
•Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK Level 5-6).
•Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in Vietnamese, Mandarin, and English.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•Capable of prioritizing tasks while demonstrating solid technical understanding.
•Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
•Collaborative team player with excellent negotiation skills.
•Meticulous with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
•Self-sufficient, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•In-depth knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
