- 3-5 years UAE Experience
- Preliminary shop drawing review of contractor doents related to Mechanical system designs related to
•HVAC
•Water Supply
•Drainage
•Fire Fighting
•LPG
•- Understand and implement Drawings and Specifications and in line with International Codes & Standards. Shop drawings and Material submittals review.
- Full understanding of the Local Authority requirements and compliance to the same.
- Verification of materials delivered to site, Site installation observation lists and raising
non conformance reports
- Monitor site progress – to meet the baseline programme (Site Inspections)
- Witnessing of Testing & Commissioning
- Preparation of final snag lists
- Attendance of de-snagging for final handover.
•Analytical skills and a logical mind.
•Personal credibility – to earn the respect and confidence of colleagues and clients.
•High level of technical knowledge and experience (3 years minimum)
•Fluency in written and spoken English essential
•High level of written and spoken communications required.
•Professional appearance, attitude and communication style.
