Job Description
Prepare cost estimation and build documents for projects.
Obtain relative quotations for materials and subcontractor service.
Compare problems of subcontractor with required project scope.
Complies data to estimate all cost according to the written scope of work.
Read and soured technical portion of proposal to make sure all costs is calculated.
Requirements
Work experience in Facilities management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Thoroughness and reliability
Excellent organization skills.
BE Graduation – 3 years of experience in the same field .
