MEP Quantity Surveyor is required by a leading Dubai based contracting company.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantity as per tender drawing & Specification includes all works.
- Knowledge in initial review of projects, condition of contract, contract documents, specification and design drawing.
- Preparation of tender documentation queries to consultan
- Attend technical meetings with contractor and weekly progress meeting
- Ensure full coordination for all external and internal MEP services.
- Preparation of Cost Estimation for MEP Works and Pricing
- Invite the Quotation from Sub Contract, Negotiation and Comparison, ability to prepare pre contract & tender activity.
- Maintenance and update of Approved Sub Contract database.
- Corresponding with Consultan regarding the specificati and BOQ any difference to tender requirements and raise queries for clarification.
- Coordination with planning, procurement, finance and administration cell for necessary documents required for the submission.
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying an accredited internationally recognized institution or University.
-Applicant should have minimum 5-7 years with relevant UAE experience.
- Knowledge of working with MEP based project as a Quantity surveyor and knowledge in Cost Estimation in MEP works
- Good knowledge in detailed shop drawing, coordination drawings.
- Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
