18 years of experience in Rental, Manufacturing & Service industry as Credit Head (India & KSA) Experience in Account Receivable, Revenue Management, Treasury, Order to Cash, Project Management, MIS and application support services for various ERP Application as Tally, SAP & Oracle. Establish policies, procedures, internal controls and accounting systems Develop metrics, reporting and dashboards and evaluate the credit risk. Supervise reports to ensure accounts are pursued for collection in an accurate and timely fashion. Design and implement workflows for collections functions and activities which drive collections efficiency while considering any impact to the customer relationship Understand the Credit Risk of the business and balance that with growth ambitions, good customer outcomes and profitability Preparation of MIS Reports – Debtors Ageing Analysis, Revenue, Shortfall of business, Orders Booking, Balance Sheet and P&L Etc.
Control: Customer Selection, Revenue, Collections Target, DSO, Dispatches, through regular monitor and strict adherence to the credit control guidelines Perform analysis on delinquencies to identify root cause and support the design of innovative collection strategies Collaborate closely with various business partners such as legal, Accounting, Tax, and other functions to establish structure and processes
