Sygmetiv Business Solutions is looking for a Functional Analyst (Odoo) to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze business requirements, configure Odoo ERP solutions, and provide user support. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP implementation, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
This is a remote position – work from anywhere!
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze client requirements for Odoo ERP implementation
Design functional specifications and workflows based on business needs
Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Odoo ERP modules
Conduct system testing, identify issues, and provide user training
Work closely with developers to enhance ERP functionality
Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users
Doent system processes and create user manuals
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation and support
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP (Sales, CRM, Accounting, and Purchase modules)
Understanding of finance and accounting principles
Experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering
Python knowledge is a plus

Excellent communication and client interaction abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
