- Support HR activities, such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for company functions and gatherings.
- Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical behavior.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a bonus.
