Role Description
NSF Chemicals is currently seeking a full-time, on-site Office Administration & Doent Controller to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks including doent control, mailing and shipping, office supplies inventory, record keeping, and other related tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in office administration and doent control
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English is mandatory
