We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Administrator who will be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases, and liaising with the public. You should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. You will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
