Wanted an office administrator / accountant who can handle
1.Document routine transactions in tally, bank and insurance reconciliation daily and MIS reports,
Manage daily collections and petty cash.
2. Be well versed to manage H R related work viz – payroll, bio metric attendance, LMRA, Gosi, indemnity, leave wages
3. Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment / office supplies
4. Manage and complete regulatory formalities with MOIC, NHRA, and other ministries
5. Manage and pay utilities bills of company and shareholder’s properties
6. Manage shareholder’s properties rent collection.
All other routine functions as may be required in the smooth functioning of the company with minimal supervision from the shareholders.
