We are currently looking for FEMALE office assistant to the General Manager for a leading new technical services company based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Handling telephone calls
- Regularly update the calendar to facilitate the appointments and meeting schedules.
- Function as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively
- Write email, memos and letters.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Good communication skills.
- Must have Computer Knowledge
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
