Required work experience: 1-3 years in assistance
Full-time contract
Language: English, Arabic
Responsibilities:
- work at the reception desk in gymnastics club
- Print documents and other paper products
- answer the phone calls
- send out documents
- assist with organization and execution of competitions
- Look for product suppliers
- searching for a new locations for our branches in UAE (via the Internet)
- run other errands for the supervisor
Requirements:
- Systemic mindset (everything must be in order)
- Orderliness, punctuality
- Positive mood
- Ability to communicate with people
Conditions:
- Working assistant hours 12.00-15.00 (online in office)
-Working reception hours 15.30-20.30 (in club at the reception desk)
office space in the same club
Probation period 1 month (paid)
Salary 3500-4500 depends on your probation period
