We Genpact Group is looking for a Office Assistant & Receptionist.
To take care of Business meetings and attend incoming calls , Forward calls to relevant staff
Arranging appointments for with clients In charge of all Purchasing and procurement.
Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessment and hand as appropriate.
Maintain all employee files and handle telephone calls as per Company standard and take messages and prioritize where necessary.
Establish and maintain various fili of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate.
Arrange for various meetings, take minutes, including board of directors meetings, as well as any management meeting as they arise.
