Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including meeting rooms and pantry.
Assist in the daily routine tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing doents.
Handle office errands such as delivering doents, mailing letters, and other related tasks.
Support in maintaining office supplies and ensuring that stock levels are adequate.
Ensure the overall upkeep of office equipment and cleanliness of common areas.
Assist the admin team in any additional tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of handling office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
Good communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and be proactive.
Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
