• Organize the laundry room and issuing uniform to the staff
• Monitors the use of equipment and supplies within the office
• Assist other administrative staff in range of office duties
• Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees
• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
• Good communication skills
• Must know how to use basic computer
• Must be good at answering phones
• Be able to welcome guests
• Make beverages for clients, visitor and guests
• Know how to photoco documents
• Help out with basic admin work
