• Prepare monthly reports for management

• Manage day-to-day operations
• Giving performance evaluation for the employees.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Organizing company events or conferences
• Ordering stationery, furniture and office items.
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending and processing payroll and other expenses.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
• Implementing and maintaining procedur administrative systems
• Delegating tasks to junior employees
• Organizing induction programs for new employees
• Ensuring that all policies are up to date
• Attending meetings with senior management
• The organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on
• Help and assist the front desk when needed.
Requirements:
Needs a minimum of x 2 years working experience in Dubai
Great communication and organization skills
Team player and good management skills
With driving license
Full-time commitment needed
