Job Descriptions:
• Handle customer queries through telephone & email.
• Preparation of Cost Propos Letter for our clients accordingly to their required services.
• Coordinating with clients for collection schedule.
• Coordinating with Head of Drivers and Operations Managers for the collection of materials.
• Generating Invoic Certificate
• Facilitator for Internal meetings on daily basis regarding operations and concerned issues.
• Arranging meeting between GEW Operati Team to our clients.
• Contract Agreement – (preparations of new and renewal)
• Preparing necessary reports (Monthly Inquiri DM Repor Rejected)
• Collaborating with Potential Partners.
• Arranging courier for invoices or any related documents to be send to client.
• Follow up pending payment of collection from a client.
• Filing documents.
• Updating daily reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Operations Assistant
• Must understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to other.
• Strong computer and communication skills required
SALARY FOR THE SAID POSITION IS 2,000 TO 2,500 AED.
