Project Creation
Project Costing
Project contracts
Project Billing
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Projects Creation - Includes adding Tasks, Resources, and Budget
ü Project Costing - Includes uploading Labor cost, Importing cost from Account Payables, Purchasing and Inventory
ü Project Contracts - Includes creating Contracts and Contra Lines)
ü Project Billing - Generate Billing invoices, revenue and integrate with Accounts Receivables
ü Identify business needs to configure ORACLE Fusion PPM Module and to integrate with other modules
ü Inventing solution to charge manpower cos to project
ü Integration of ORACLE HCM and PPM Module
ü Tracking all costs associated with projects and generating desired reports
ü Ability to organize and manage several projects or tasks at once and perform work assignments effectively, meeting deadlines and giving attention to details
ü Ensure data entry is completed in a timely manner
ü Raise processing issues and propose a solution
ü Analyzes business processes to identify opportunities and develop strategies for improving business productivity and achieving organizational objectives.
ü Uses PPM to manage and report project resources and status
